We proudly offer a 3-Day Exchange/Replacement Service for your peace of mind. If you experience any issue with your order—such as receiving a defective, damaged, tarnished, or incorrect item—you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
✅ What qualifies for exchange/replacement?
The product arrived damaged, broken, or tarnished.
You received the wrong item.
A part of your order is missing.
We’ll happily replace the item with the same product you ordered. In case it’s out of stock, we’ll offer you an exchange for another design of your choice.
❌ What is not covered?
Change of mind after purchase.
Damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
Non-defective items, due to hygiene standards (we do not accept general returns or refunds).
